Dr. Mansoor Khan and Dr. Fauzia Khan, founded Soliton Welfare to manifest their life-long desire to help other people in need and to fulfill the dream of their parent’s i.e., to help those, least able to help themselves. The foundation aims to lift 10,000,000 people out of poverty by 2030.
